Connally's Real Estate
Overview: Based in Kyneton in Victoria, Connallys wanted to develop an online image that positioned them as strong and successful with the essence of a local agent. As the Calder highway was developed the Mt Macedon, Woodend and Kyneton areas exploded.
The competitive landscape became significantly tougher as businesses from Melbourne flooded the market. We needed to upgrade the image of Connally’s so they would be seen by potential clients form Melbourne as a professional and forward thinking business.
We designed a site that has a strong and corporate look and feel with an advanced search tool that allowed potential clients to browse properties.
The Property listings were image based and allowed interested clients to print a brochure of the listing. We also added a nice touch to the property section in the back end by developing a click counter, allowing reps to demonstrate the traffic to client’s properties..
Northerners
Overview: Northerners are a coterie group for North Melbourne Football Club. They approached us to design a site that allowed them to communicate with members, add value to the customer experience and manage the booking and renewal process of memberships. We designed a site that allows members to book and pay online, invite friends, has multiple levels of tickets, a content management system to customise the content, a gallery that admin can update, catering lists, Blog, Newsletter, survey module and integration with the MYOB system. They now save time, resources and communicate more regularly with their members. The product offering has been built around the website, and as a result Northerners can deliver a richer experience with less overall time. .

Instinct Music
Overview: Instinct Music is in the hyper competitive entertainment industry. The initial specifications for the website were simple: make it easy to add and manage their growing list of 6000 acts.
The front end of the site needed wow factor, a step-by-step sales process, and the ability to cluster band enquires.
We redesigned the admin area to halve administration time, while the front end used Mac-like visual cues and icons popular with their target market and in line with usability studies. A Wish List function was added enabling customers to request more information before purchase. Lastly, we took advantage of the latest in audio and visual technologies to showcase talent on their website. The end result is a stunning site that has a point of difference, delivers operational efficiencies while being clean and fast to use.

80:20 Management Consulting
Overview: A business consulting firm, 80/20 needed to have a sharp, professional image online. The site was designed with crisp, corporate colours and angular styling to give the idea of structure and solidity. The client also wanted us to develop an intranet so that clients could log in and download documents and resources. In this case we customised our Content Management System with user level access. Case studies were added to the site to show physical evidence of results, reinforce the process of 80/20, and reduce perceived risk. .

Overview: A sister company to Lend Australia, Vic Lend was developed on the back of the Lend Australia success. This site was built to showcase the retail side of their Home Loan business. The style of the site is designed to take advantage of retail trigger colours and walk potential clients through the decision making process. Centre to the design and the function of the site was to demonstrate evidence of successful outcomes, knowledge and the ability to deliver great service and the right advice. .

Overview: The Essendonians are a coterie group that raise funds for the Essendon Football Club. They approached us with a concern that the event bookings and the management of events took a significant percentage of the admin’s time. The site needed to be easy to use and to administer. We have worked with her to create an ecommerce site where she can easily manage her products and update content. Overview: Morris Finance came to us on the brink of the 2009 recession for a marketing and online strategy. Overview: We partnered with Linear Hair Group to create a stunning, modern website for their range of salon brands. We focused on the user experience, allowing visitors to easily browse through salons, services and locations. The website also features an intranet, allow management to provide staff with policies, procedure documents and up updates.

ISES
Overview: ISES is the International Society of Events Specialists. We were asked to build a site that would manage transactions, events, bookings, content communications and have 4 levels of user management. Each city chapter needed to be separate in the admin section and combined in one home page.
We custom programmed the site to satisfy all of the set requirements with additional niceties like individual Profit and Loss for each event, and the ability for members to login and change business directory listings.
The end spec was an Online Newsletter, Content Management System, Events System, Booking System, Ticket Pricing System, Membership Renewals and a host of other features that were all managed through a segmented admin section.

Overview: An emerging brand in the petrochemical industry, Power Plus Fuels has developed a name as one of the premium race fuel blenders in the world. The image of perfection and attention to detail, as well as the perception of knowledge, is woven into the newly developed site. Physical evidence of the product quality is communicated through the blogs, demonstrating the consumption and the results of using Power Plus fuels. The navigation of the site is designed to walk people through the sales process matched to specific visual cues that reinforce the brand. .

Overview: Tjanabi is a modern, indigenous restaurant centred in Melbourne's Federation Square. Just like the restaurant, their website needed to cater to local patrons as well as international tourists. This was achieved through carefully written copy that target each type of clientele. The restaurant has embraced the website's content management system, posting cooking blogs, sending seasonal newsletters and regularly updating specials and menus.

Boundary Bend is one of Australia’s highest quality and most awarded Extra Virgin Olive Oil manufacturers. Their passion is quality, excellence and delivering exceptional products. They requested that we create a site that was manageable in-house, delivered hot news, and covered the needs of the Retail/Wholesale customers and other stakeholders. Through clever navigation design and visual cues we were able to segment relevant content for key users. An admin section was created that allowed the manipulation of copy and pages through the Content Management System, new articles were updated through the Hot News module and the product are displayed via an editable database.

Overview: The client approached us to re-develop this site. Originally this site was based in flash and search engines could not see it. The site was slow to load, hard to use, verbose in text. The corporate image was poor at best.
We redesigned the site to showcase the services in a succinct and orderly fashion. We emotionalised the text to trigger a call to action from prospective customers. The result is a great looking site that covers key areas and has been a focal point in increasing sales.

Overview: This builder's website needed to be as luxury and spectacular as the homes they build. The rich, dark colours allow the photos to stand out and lead the user deeper into the site. The content and gallery management system allows the builder to easily update photos and content to keep the website fresh and current.

Overview: The client wanted to position themselves as the one stop shop for water saving products and own the knowledge perception in the industry.
The site we have developed is a full e-commerce site that allows clients to browse the store and purchase online. We added a blog to educate people to consume rather than sell to them, giving users another reason to come back to the site. The newsletter is then used to keep the brand top of mind among customers by sharing educative and interesting articles. The result is increased traffic and a marketing process that emotionally engages the client with the brand.

Overview: Do Your Own Pest Control patented a new rat shack. The website's key feature is an interactive area that demonstrates how easy the new product is. The content was written to target families, installers and resellers leading them from the benefits to the sales decision.

Overview: We designed a custom ecommerce website for this motorcycle shop and parts dealer. Though complex programming and innovative design, users can easily browse through over 200,000 parts. Staff can upload new bikes, and update prices 4 times faster than their previous site allowed. Mototech is thrilled with the site and continue to work with us to develop further features and continuously improve the user experience.

Overview: Colac Otway Workforce grew out of their local brand name, and came to us to create a new identity that would enable them to compete in the metropolitan market. Through a series of workshops with directors and staff members, we developed CQ Recruitment. The new brand was reinforced with office stationery, business cards, car decals and a new website.

VIP Staff
Overview: A hospitality recruitment company in Melbourne CBD, VIP Staff have been in the industry for 20 years. The site has been redeveloped to evolve their image as a progressive and professional recruitment agency. One of the biggest concerns for VIP was the ability to efficiently manage job applications. We developed a submittable application form that allows the clients to fill out applications online, these applications are stored on the back of the website as a failsafe as well as sent out to their office server and imported into their system.
The system significantly saves time in managing the input of applications.

Andy Strapz
Overview:
Andy Strapz is an innovative Australian motorcycle goods manufacturer of premium motorcycle and adventure gear. The client had previously explored the avenue of resellers and agents to wholesale the products to the market. The feedback was that shops were not keen to stock anything apart from the top of the line imported brands. We developed an ecommerce site to showcase the products online. This direct sales model enabled people to purchase the products through Andy Strapz and not the shops. Today the site generates significant revenue and accounts for 46% of the sales volume. We have created a sales loop with a discount code that can be sent via the online newsletter. We use blogs to generate fresh and exciting content that showcases the actual consumption and usage of the products.
The results are increased traffic to the site, creating amplified brand awareness and sales.

We set about making an informal, educative and fun site that would allow people to immerse themselves in the experience of off-road racing. Overview: Kwi Zeen approached us to rebuild their existing site. The finger food/ catering business online is hyper competitive, so we needed to upgrade the image of the business, clearly define their point of difference and showcase their menus. We reworked the logo, and built a simple yet clever site. After launch, quotes skyrocketed, fuelling business growth.

BTS
Overview: The local Canon dealer came to us to upgrade their site. They wanted a basic brochure site that had had visual impact, consistency with the Canon Brand guidelines and the flexibility of a content management system that allowed infinite expansion of the site. They also wanted to have a function where they could upload files to the server and send them to clients via email. We developed an online software application called the File Chucker. This allowed them to upload files from the to the server via the website’s central interface. They select the file, choose the email address and then click send. A link is imbedded into the email and the client click on the link and can download the file. This saved time, money and added a service delivery point of difference. .

Overview: This customer was a referral and had enormous trouble trying to get what they wanted from their previous developer. The client wanted a custom built solution that would facilitate the growth of the broker network, inform wholesale customers whilst not cannibalising their existing retail market. We developed a content management system(CMS) that allowed the flexibility to segment pages by customers, brokers, individual companies etc. Through one simple home page login portal, customised information could be delivered to specific clients whilst being easily maintained by admin staff. The branding on this site was also developed by us to bring their values of honesty, integrity and trust to the website. .

Potts Catering
Overview: A well known bread maker in Melbourne expanded its operation by creating a catering arm to their business. They wanted us to build a brochure site to explain the product offering, ordering systems and the terms and conditions.
We developed the site with a logical navigation flow, to walk the client through the process. At each relevant stage a call to action was used to generate sales. The look and feel of the site was based around the freshness of the ingredients, quality and the taste of the products.

Weda Property
Overview: This property marketing company came to us in search for a new site. Their main goal was to communicate to potential investors, clients and agents in a cost effective way. Properties for lease and sale needed to be elegantly displayed on the site and efficient to manage.
The solution was to add an online newsletter to the admin interface of the site. By using an iframe, we were able to display the properties they posted on real-estateview.com.au within their website. This allowed the properties to be displayed on both sites with the bonus of adding the properties to one place.
